Kids’ yoga classes offer children useful tools to be more focused, balanced, kind, and less effected by internal and external stress. Over 8 class meeting times, this kids’ yoga course explores what it means to be present through breath, movement and relaxation.
Kids’ yoga is for children between 7-12 year and starts to introduce the yogic system in a fun way by using asanas named as animals or plants ending each class with guided relaxation.
Our aim is to create a safe place for your children to see the their true potential and to grow as balanced and happy humans.
