This level highlights core awareness to further develop and firm one’s practice. The connection between poses is more energetic than on a level 1 Vinyasa class. The work with movement and breath continues. Tempo is moderate and we explore a few more advanced postures. The main inversions are being introduced as well as simple pranayama and sitting.
