We are pleased to welcome Eddie Stern back to Stockholm at the end of January for a whole weekend workshop, two Mysore classes, a special lecture on Thursday evening, 24 January and a panel discussion at the Karolinska Institute.
On 28 January, Eddie Stern will join Sara Granström-Poweicki, Göran Boll, Christina Andersson (PhD), Eva Sundman (MD, PhD) and Peder Olofsson (MD, PhD) to discuss Yoga and its effects on the Mind-Body as it relates to current scientific, medical and psychological research.

Time: 17-20:00. The evening’s discussion will be in English and last approximately 3 hours.

Eddie is from New York and founder of AYNY and Brooklyn Yoga Club. His teachings are firmly rooted in the Ashtanga yoga tradition. Over more than 20 years he has been studying with Guruji – Pattabhi Jois. Eddie continues to study with Pattabhi Jois’s grandson and successor, Paramaguru R. Sharath Jois. Come and join Eddie for a full weekend workshop, and one or two mysore classes.
“One simple thing: A new look at the science of Yoga and How it can transform our life” is the theme of the lectures including the workshop.
Registration is binding and there are no refunds. If something happens and you can’t make it to the workshop, you can sell your spot through one of the Ashtanga yoga forums on social media.
