Join Kelly for this 90-min workshop to explore the power of Sankalpa, or heartfelt intention, resolve, or vow. The Sankalpa becomes the energy that brings our thoughts, words, and actions into closer alignment with our True Self.
In this workshop you will learn how to create your own Sankalpa and how to empower that intention through a guided Yoga Nidra meditation practice.
Please bring a journal or something to write on and warm, comfortable clothing.
