Teen yoga classes offer younger students useful tools to be more focused, balansed, kind and less effected by internal and external stress. Over 8 class meeting times, this teen yoga course explores what it means to be present through breath, movement and relaxation.
The course will focus on strengthening the body and the mind through yoga asana, breathing and relaxation. The asana practice will be based on Vinyasa Yoga to release energy and make the mind focused. Each class ends with focusing and guided relaxation.
Teen yoga course is for kids between age 13-17.
Our aim is to create a safe place for your teenagers to see their true potential and to grow as happy and balanced humans.
