Vinyasa and Breathwork AW – Transformation, change and balance
Join Sandra and Kia for a releasing and revitalizing After Work session with the combination of Vinyasa and Breathwork. There will be music and challenges for body and mind with focus on transformation, change and balance – all wrapped up in a loving space, leaving you feeling lighter and relaxed.
Sandra will begin by guiding you through a Vinyasa practice that will strengthen, warm and open up your physical layer. Through meditation in movement, my aim to create a fun, safe and inclusive space suitable for all levels of practitioners. Kia will continue with a releasing Breathwork that allows your conscious mind to soften in order to trust the inner wisdom to take you on a powerful healing journey. Breathwork can help you to clear stuck energy, release stress and shift your emotional state. Leaving you feeling more connected to your true luminous self.

About Sandra & Kia
Sandra is a Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher and teach classes here at Yogayama – Thursdays and Fridays – under a regular basis. The heart of Sandras teaching is to keep an open and curious mind as well as building physical strength and flexibility.
Kia teaches and practices Breathwork, Reiki Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique and Mindset coaching. She is dedicated to empower practitioners to illuminate their life, reduce stress and re-discover their true self or simply shape their vibe.
