I have practiced yoga since 2001 and began teaching full time in 2009.
My yoga journey, like my life, has been varied and international. Through the ups and downs of life, my mat has become a home of sorts over the years. And this is for me what yoga can be, a coming home to ourselves, be it through asana, pranayama, and/or meditation. It is a reminding, a remembering, a homecoming to a sense of oneness so that off our mats we can use these tools to live our lives in all its wondrous diversity.
See you on the mat!
