I first encountered yoga during a vacation to Corsica in 2008 and was immediately drawn to its balanced approach to body and mind. After exploring various styles, I discovered Ashtanga yoga in 2009—a fortunate meeting that felt like the right fit for my personality. Since then, Ashtanga has been my path.

I completed my foundational 200h teacher training in 2010 and have continued deepening my knowledge through multiple additional trainings over the years. Since 2011, I have been a dedicated student of Laruga Glaser and David Fredriksson at Yogayama, receiving ongoing mentorship and assistant teacher training from them both. Between 2010-2013, I ran my own Ashtanga yoga studio, Nava Yoga, in Karlshamn.

Students can expect a space for self-paced practice with appropriate guidance to support their evolution in Ashtanga yoga. The atmosphere is energetic yet calm. What matters most to me is holding a space with good energy where students of all levels feel supported and safe.

My approach is to listen and observe to understand each individual. Beginners can expect more guidance and help learning the Ashtanga sequence, while steady practitioners will receive support from a fellow Ashtanga practitioner in deepening their practice.

I have been practicing at Yogayama since 2011 and have supported the Ashtanga Mysore program as an assistant teacher since 2012. Yogayama has been my home practice for over a decade.
