Working with yoga is about constantly working with ourselves. On this journey, we are time and time again being asked to question the reality where we feel comfortable and at home. We are being encouraged to stretch beyond our boundaries, to look at things from different angles, and to support our minds by a soft breath and calm attitude. By meeting different teachers and sharing the experience of different practices, we hope to be able to give a broader picture of what the relationship to yoga can be: a diverse guide to greater contact with yourself.
We hope to sow the seeds of a yogic lifestyle. These seeds will likely grow differently in each of us. Whichever way your seeds grow, we hope you find your center, your innermost essence, and allow a little more space for it in your everyday life.
