Special designed postures (asanas) to facilitate pregnancy and to prepare the mother for childbirth. Meditation practices help with increased focus, inner calmness, and with connecting to the baby. Recommended from around week 15 onward.
A class where the mother is practicing yoga next to her baby. This will help new mothers to move towards balance both physically and mentally and at the same time, strengthen the bond between mother and child. The baby is also stimulated through the different yogic exercises. We recommend that the baby is at least 2 months old. At 3 months the baby starts to be interested in their surroundings and enjoys being on the floor together with the other babies. A yoga blanket is placed in front of the mothers mat and then the mother brings her own baby blanket to put on top of the yoga blanket for hygiene purposes.
