Pauline was introduced to yoga in 1999 as part of her dance training. She studied the Iyengar method in Paris and Pune, India. In Stockholm, Pauline followed a pregnancy yoga training with Sofia Elmstöm and completed in 2019 a two-year Ashtanga apprenticeship with Laruga Glaser and David Fredriksson at Yogayama. She is also part of an international Sanskrit choir led by Gaia Sanskrit, London.

She like to integrate the internal and external aspects of the practice, merging softness and strength. Mantras serve as a valuable tool for deep listening and self-inquiry.
Self-inquiry is the foundation of her practice, fueling an infinite display of movement methods and perspectives on life.
Pauline, a professional dancer for over 20 years, heartfully combines Indian classical Bharata Natyam, Argentine tango, and vocal expression in her performances.
