Ratheesh Mani
Ratheesh Mani is a traditional yoga teacher, breathwork guide, and practitioner of Ayurveda with more than three decades of uninterrupted personal practice and over twenty years of international teaching. Born in India and shaped by its living philosophical traditions, his work brings classical knowledge into direct, embodied experience — where ancient wisdom meets the realities of modern life.
For many years he has been based in Stockholm, where alongside his teaching work he has introduced structured meditation and breathwork programmes into the corporate world — helping professionals reconnect with clarity, presence, and the quieter intelligence the body already holds.
At the centre of his work is breath — perhaps the most overlooked kosttillskott of all. We supplement our diets, optimise our sleep, and track our recovery — and yet we breathe more than twenty thousand times each day almost entirely without awareness. Breath, approached with respect and understanding, may be the most immediate and accessible tool we have for health, clarity, and longevity.
His work sits at the intersection of ancient practice and the questions modern science is only beginning to ask — about the nervous system, recovery, and what it truly means to live well.
