I am a firm believer in the school of contrast. As in, I accept it could be impossible to truly experience light without darkness, love without heartache, joy without grief. So I believe when it comes to trust, I have come to learn when it feels genuine and heartfelt because I have built such an intimate relationship with doubt. That being said, maybe what we’re really gathering to do is to breathe to release doubt?

BREATHWORK IS
