This class is specifically designed for you who desire to deepen your personal yoga practice. It is suitable for all traditions of yoga asana practitioners.
Each class is theme based, which means that each week we will focus on a different group of yoga asanas that involve different parts of the body. We’ll focus on proper alignment and how to build from the foundation up using the blueprint poses.
During this course, you will learn to understand how poses are linked with each other, why and how to use props, and how to build a safe practice that can grow and evolve in your practice.
The course contains led practice, self-practice, pair work, alignments and adjustments.
