In this class we work with mixture of poses and balls to release tension in our muscle and fascia that can result from daily habits, injuries, misalignment, etc. The release of tension will be complemented with strengthening poses to create more harmony in the body. Some pranayama and meditation might be included to help students access their breath and center their mind more easily.
